AJOMR requires all submissions to follow a clear and standardized manuscript structure to ensure consistency, readability, and high academic quality. Authors are encouraged to strictly adhere to the format outlined below.
1. Manuscript Structure
1.1 Title Page
- Concise and informative title
- Full names of all authors
- Institutional affiliations
- Corresponding author details (email, address)
1.2 Abstract
- 150–250 words
- Clearly state purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions
- Avoid citations and abbreviations
1.3 Keywords
- 4–6 relevant keywords
- Avoid repetition of words used in the title
1.4 Introduction
- Background of the study
- Research problem and objectives
- Significance of the study
1.5 Literature Review
- Relevant previous studies
- Research gap identification
- Theoretical framework (if applicable)
1.6 Methodology
- Research design
- Data collection methods
- Tools and techniques used
- Sampling (if applicable)
1.7 Results and Discussion
- Presentation of findings (tables/figures where necessary)
- Interpretation and analysis
- Comparison with previous studies
1.8 Conclusion
- Summary of key findings
- Implications of the study
- Limitations and future research directions
1.9 Acknowledgements (Optional)
- Funding sources
- Institutional or individual support

- Follow APA / Harvard / IEEE style (as per journal requirement)
- Ensure all citations are properly listed
2. Formatting Guidelines
- File format: MS Word (.doc / .docx)
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12 pt (Body), 14–16 pt (Headings)
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Alignment: Justified
- Page numbering: Bottom center
3. Tables and Figures
- Must be numbered sequentially
- Include clear titles and sources
- Use high-resolution images
- Place near relevant text
4. Citation Style
Authors must follow a consistent citation style throughout the manuscript. Preferred styles include:
- APA (Recommended)
- Harvard
- IEEE (for technical papers)
5. Plagiarism Policy
- Manuscripts must be original and unpublished
- Similarity index should generally be below 10–15%
- Proper citation is mandatory
